I am trying to identify the artist and title for a Christian song that was played on the radio a number of years ago (probably 1992 or 1993). It was performed by a female artist with a lyrical voice. The words I remember are: "You are, You are [words here] You are, You are [words here] And You ar see more... e, You are [words here]" and I think was followed by "shine oh shine on me".
