On May 5, 2010, at 5:30 p.m., programming will begin on The Key FM 90.5. This new station, based in Northwest Indiana, will launch and ... See more bring a fresh new sound to the region. Their vision is to be a station that produces a powerful, positive message–the message of hope and life. This will be a different kind of radio station–far different than most in America, let alone the region. The programming will be diverse enough for the church goer and non-church goer to find something to enjoy. There will be 17 syndicated programs and 20 original programs produced exclusively for WRTW by Key Radio Productions. There will be music that will minister to your heart, teaching that will challenge your mind and preaching that will inspire your spirit. The live morning show will feature stories of local interest, music, interviews, news, sports, and weather. The Key News Network will deliver the news you need. They will not have the "if it bleeds, it leads" approach. Dan Wolfe, the station’s general manager, stated, "We will not air news that isn’t news or isn’t worthy of the powerful, positive brand to which we are holding."
