ICRfm is based in Carndonagh, in the centre of Ireland’s most northerly peninsula, Inishowen. The station broadcasts across Inishowen and across the world via the World Wide Web. ICRfm employs 6 full time and 2 part time staff and broadcasts 13 hours a day, seven days per week. Volunteer members form the backbone of the station and they account for 50% of broadcasting output every week. Inishowen Community Radio is a wholly community-owned and run radio station.
