This license was renewed in 2004. KXRJ is a non-commercial, non-profit, educational broadcast facility. The station is also operated as an instructional facility for the Arkansas Tech University Department of Journalism. KXRJ’s mission is to provide news, educational programming, non-main stream music and information to the University and surrounding communities.
