We will soon be a part of Basin Mediactive LLC. It is an Oregon based company owned ... See more by the Ingstad family, and they've been operating stations since 1936. The company has signed an agreement to purchase KLAD AM and FM, KAGO AM and FM, and KYSF FM from Revitalization Partners LLC. Rob Siems will continue his role as general manager. The Ingstad family says they are excited about the opportunity, and they hope to help Siems continue the commitment to localism. Pending FCC approval they hope to close the transaction on or before May 1st. KAGO AM is owned and operated by New Northwest Broadcasters, LLC.
