My intention with the music of sleep is to create sounds and tones that have a powerful effect on the listener, to create music that can bring calm and serenity to people in today's busy and often overstimulating world. As is shown from modern scientific research into how the body heals it self, deep relaxation and positive feelings are an essential ingredient in fully engaging the regenerative functions of the body. My intention is to create music that can bring this state in an effortless and enjoyable way to people. Indeed with all the recordings of sleep music I am in that very state and have even fallen asleep whilst recording some of the tracks! The main purpose of creating the sleep radio is to allow as many people as possible to increase the quality of their lives by having easy and free access to my music.
