Does anyone know if I can get a playlist from December 19,2012 around 11:45-12:15?? I heard a song, don't know the artist or the name of it, but it brought back memories. I'd love to download it.

Sew Much for Improving the airwaves for those first posters. I think this is the best station to Ever grace our fair city. Only rivaled by D103 in the heyday of the 80's. I have been wondering when the radio stations would start playing all the songs in between the hits on our favorite records - a see more... nd now I know who does 106.1 The Path!!!!!!! bilbo baggins

I love the mix of blues, jazz, and rock. So nice to hear the less heard songs by great artist. I agree, the oldies were getting really old. Demographics? I'm a 55 year old woman.

I LOVE the new format!!! Warren Zevon, Jackson Brown, The Stones... Guys, you're playing my songs! I used to tune in to the oldies format once in a while to avoid the numbskull morning format at a competing station. But those oldies were getting, well, old. The stuff you're playing now is real q see more... uality music. Thank you!

93.9 WMTM Moultrie, GA (Cruisin" 94) is now who I listen to for at least '70's oldies. Donny Osmond has the 8-track Playback at 7:30 AM then Earl Pitts "from out of the right with what's left" (funny stuff in the Andy Rooney vein). They even use a DJ. The reception is bad south of I-10 though.

Big mistake 106.1. Kept my Bose on this station all the time. No longer. 106.1 no longer on my favorites list for home or auto. You should know that when you have something good, you stick to it.

This station recently changed its format to play quality classic rock. For many years it used to play the typical oldies, which many people still love and miss, but which I listened to only occasionally when the morning patter at a competing station became too offensive and the news was too depressing. After a brief few weeks of all Beatles (which got old really fast) the station switched to this classic rock format, playing lesser know hits by the giants and should-have-been-giants of the rock world. I was hooked the day I heard Warren Zevon's Carmelita as I was driving into work, and completely sold with Jackson Brown's Won't You Stay Just a Little Bit Longer. I am spreading the word to my friends and I my car radio tuned to 106.1. Thank you for playing the best music of my generation! (And my grown kids like it too!)

Great format! The classic hits format is tired. It's a pleasure to listen to the forgotten artists and deep tracks. Now I don't have to take my own CD's when I drive to work.

Good luck at trying to please everyone. I have heard nothing I am passionate about since the Beatles left. Just a serioes of ho-humm songs. The squeeky wheel gets oiled. When you are happy, you don't comment, but the complainers are always out in full force when the don't like something. Bye, bye 106.1. It was good while it lasted..

I know 106.1 has had so many name changes in the past but please keep it as 106.1 the path it looks alot better then hank fm

Thank you for being BOLD enough to make this great change. I have friends in St. Louis that would love to have such a choice in radio format and I hope it will still be the same format when they visit in late May.

back when the station use to play oldies it was gold and good now ever since the format flip the station is pure garbage

Only 1 comment likes the beatles. the other 2 comments praise variety. I loved your station when you played the oldies and I recommended your station to all my friend. I'm sick of the Beatles after 1 day.

106.1 - PLEASE don't change a thing! The Beatles is my favorite group, and I never dreamed Tallahassee would have an all-Beatles station! For many, many years I've either listened to CDs or nothing. There were no good stations - until now! My radio is ALWAYS on 106.1 I really like hearing the Beatles' solo songs; there have several so far I can't remember hearing. Keep it up!!!!!!

Thanks for the oldie station, FM 106.1. I use to drive in Tallahassee with no radio on. Now it is a pleasure to drive everyday while listening to the oldies. Great station!! db
