RTÉ Gold is a play list service offering a carefully chosen selection of classic hits as well as album tracks from top selling artists spanning the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s. Artists include David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra, Queen, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, The Temptations, Pretenders, Wilson Picket, Aretha Franklin and Lynyrd Skynyrd. A particular feature of the current scheduling on RTÉ Gold is the inclusion, next to hits, of album tracks not normally available in a competitive classic hits format.
