When did radioio begin broadcasting? We’ve actually been around the Internet radio block a bit longer than most, as we started in the rough and tumble frontier of Internet radio in the late ‘90s, based in the spare bedroom of our founder, Mike Roe. Mike didn’t know anything about radio or webcasting, but he loved to play and share music, so he started his own single music stream, called radioio (that has now evolved into our Eclectic music stream, which he still programs).
