Members of the Co-operative take responsibility for all aspects of the radio station: * Making and scheduling programs * Listening to programs * Putting programs to air * Organising air-time * Encouraging and assisting new members * All administrative matters Under the Co-operatives Act, the Media Co-operative is required to elect a board of directors who determine policies and take certain legal responsibilities. The board members are elected by the members of the Co-operative at the Annual General Meeting in September.
