Cindy Wuollet, owner of VoltaRadio.com, had been involved with RadioVolta.org since 2001 and, through attrition of Volta folks, was left running Volta when they were in LAVA on Lancaster Ave. Brian Cronin, from Origivation and Mirror Image, who had a show on Volta was approached by Cindy on the idea of moving Volta to Old City into a part of their building a collaborative effort of supporting musicians/bands with a number of different media.
