REPORT COVERS PERIOD FROM AUGUST 1, 2007 THROUGH JULY 31, 2008. The FCC has ruled that an activities report is not mandatory for Broadcasters with FIVE OR FEWER FULL TIME EMPLOYEES DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD.
