We have an extensive CD collection of laika (but also the CDs of Maria Farantouri) built up over the years. I've asked our pool bar to tune into Studio 3 but they say no. So the next best thing is to see more... tune in when I am at home, as I am doing now.

Kali̱méra to all those who enjoy laika. My wife and I holiday in Greece every year. We go to Zakynthos next year. If only the bars played Greek music instead of the incessant British/American rubbish.

I live in Cumbria the rainy north of england, I love this radio station and have it on my mobile phone too. It brings back great memories of my holidays backpacking in the cyclades, of long wonderful sunny days on Paros and iraklia and of the kind generous greek people I've met and friends I've made see more... . The music you play is always very enjoyable, greek music has a beautiful sound full of emotion depth and feeling, I only wish I could speak the language so I could understand the words. A beautiful country fantastic people my heart goes out to you in these hard times.
