Guest Someone with money needs to buy a radio station and put the 1340 lineup back on the air! I guess I'll need to get one of them there iphone machines to listen to my favorite talk show hosts. I guess I need to get rid of my brick phone some day anyway.

Guest LOVE THE NEW SPORTS RADIO! & THE SEATTLE SPORTS TALK RADIO!
Oct. 11, 2012, 6:25 p.m. GMT
Guest Why would Mr. Ingstad buy a radio station just to ruin it and drive his audience away? Kim Komando is now on KONA 610. I found stations on the internet to hear Laura Ingraham and Watchdog on Wallstreet, but it is not as handy as a radio. Do I have to buy an iPhone now just to listen to the progra...

Guest Yeah sports are great for some. Thats why there are numerous sports outlets and radio and tv channels. michael savage was only on 1340. Now I have to download bits and pieces or try to listen online.
Sept. 20, 2012, 6:03 a.m. GMT
Guest They changed my radio to sports . This is idiotic. How about i numb my mind listening to a bunch of highly paid idiots chasing a ball around while my country and freedoms are being taken from me. I want my Savage Nation back on the air.
Sept. 20, 2012, 6 a.m. GMT
Guest Why would you change to sports during an election year? An election year automatically increases listeners to talk radio which is good for advertisers. In my opinion, sports radio is a sure way to put most of the population to sleep.
Sept. 4, 2012, 11:59 p.m. GMT
Guest What happened to Michael Savage & the Savage Nation? He's been taken off WOR AM 710 here in NY, & the other radio stations I used to be able to hear him on.
Aug. 28, 2012, 10:25 p.m. GMT
Guest Thankfully, I can get part of my favorite talk show before work on the internet. At work, I am screwed. Did you really think your EX-listeners were going to listen to sports??? Thanks a bunch KTCR. Be sure to let us know if you ever get good again!
July 16, 2012, 3:21 p.m. GMT
Guest Another dissatisfied listener... Used to listen to Ingraham, Medved and Rusty Humphries. I've deleted you from my presets. Sorry, bad choice on your part.
July 4, 2012, 4:54 a.m. GMT
Guest SPORTS? Who's great idea or money was behind the change. I will now listen to 870 and the internet for my good radio listening!
June 16, 2012, 4:13 a.m. GMT
Guest I'm glad that you are passionate about your political talk, but you are showing your lack of not only intillect but respect when you talk about sports & sports talk being "dumb" & "watering down our mentality" & the "18-35 unemployed males".......so glad to know that you feel a political talk fan ca...

Guest Sad to lose our conservative talk outlet. Hours of mindless sports chatter is so unnecessary.
June 14, 2012, 6:35 p.m. GMT
Guest I will no longer be advertising on 1340. Choke on sports KTCR!
June 6, 2012, 1:49 p.m. GMT
Guest I'm gone from 1340 too! I called KTCR radio station a week ago asking where Savage Nation went. A somewhat rude lady (I thought I had the wrong phone number) told me to email some guy by the name of Jeff. What? I didn't. I found Savage Nation on 870 at 6:00 p.m. weekdays. Good bye 1340, hello ...
June 2, 2012, 3:09 p.m. GMT
Guest Can't believe they would go to sports. Clarkson and Lewiston carry the Savage Nation and so does Spokane. Pretty sure we have a much larger conservative talk radio market compared to a sports talk. It will just get more listeners for Rush, Hannity and Levin. 870 must be loving this.
May 31, 2012, 3:50 p.m. GMT
Guest Is the Savage Nation on any other channels? If so, please let us know the channel and the time so we can redial our channels. The 1340 reception was poor anyway. I always got static. Hope hes on a better station..
May 27, 2012, 4:16 p.m. GMT
Guest I've been listening to 1340 for years but now am on 870.
May 27, 2012, 2:03 p.m. GMT
Guest This sucks! I've listened to 1340 for years. I'm gone..! I'll be camping on 870 now.
May 23, 2012, 5:46 p.m. GMT
Guest I understand capitalism and the bottom line... income but Colombia Basin and the concervative voice go hand in hand. And this hand is turning the dial. Errrrrr
May 23, 2012, 1:02 p.m. GMT
Guest I'm really upset that I've lost my favorite radio programs. I think the change to sports talk is pointless, because we already have sports stations. Now there is nowhere to tune into to get decent political commentary. I will not be listening to the ESPN sports shows. Please bring back the Tri-C...
May 22, 2012, 8:54 p.m. GMT
Guest Good bye KTCR. Lost a listener. I hope I find another conservative talk station.
May 22, 2012, 5:03 p.m. GMT
Guest Guest It is very disappointing to lose the voice of talk radio in this region. We have benefitted from accurate and lucid reporting. Sports will water down our regional mentality. Why is this happening?
May 19, 2012, 2:47 p.m. GMT
Guest Sports? Seriously? Who was behind that lame-brained choice? Your demographic for sports is what...unemployed testosterone-driven males between the ages of 18 and 35 who have nothing better to do than listen to a ball game? Interesting choice. Very interesting. Glad I'm moving out of the area if this...
May 18, 2012, 12:06 a.m. GMT
Guest I'm an independent that listened to KTCR 1340 in my restaurant kitchen 6 days a week. Switching to 870 after 1340 decided to dumb down.
May 17, 2012, 8:59 p.m. GMT
Guest I am with the others, Sports? Why? You lost another listener.
May 17, 2012, 2:15 p.m. GMT
Guest What? Can't stand conservative talk show hosts? Something smells. Don't want to listen to the citizens that call in? It gave them a chance to give their opinions, Are you censoring them too?----- There are other sports stations for the sports lovers.-----Will find other stations--no more KCTR ...
May 17, 2012, 1:44 a.m. GMT
Guest Have been listening for 10 years+. No more. Very suspicious timing, by the way.
May 16, 2012, 3:55 p.m. GMT
Guest Goodbye KTCR. Hello 870. Very disappointing, and bad timing, what with the election and all coming up.
May 16, 2012, 3:37 p.m. GMT
Guest Sports talk is soooo dull! Guess the station in the Tricities is 870.
May 16, 2012, 3:15 p.m. GMT
Guest Leaving the political game for the baseball game is a big mistake. This is political season. Change format after the election. After all, we taxpayers pay lots of money for the entertainment of the political game.
May 16, 2012, 3:12 p.m. GMT
Guest what is wrong wit the people running this station? I guess their advertisers want low income bozos. KTCR is off of my listenling list.
May 16, 2012, 2:24 a.m. GMT
Guest Love the new format!!! Sports radio rules. Rome sucks however. Anything is better than that retard on 610 at 2 pm.
May 16, 2012, 1:57 a.m. GMT
