103.1 FM (WPKE –FM) originally went on the air as WECL in Elkhorn City, KY as a “contemporary hit radio” station. On June 1, 1990, the call letters were changed to WRAU. On December 12, 1993, the station became WPKE-FM. WPKE-FM is currently licensed to Coal Run, KY.
