Listen, there is International Securities and Exchange Protection for people like me... Beware because it does not matter what country you are in... Enforcement can have you brought to court by court order in any country... Signing all these small print written contracts with Nasa Space Administrati see more... on could land a bunch of people and agencies in an International Justice Center with a threat for fines and jailtime... Be careful, there are already a significant amount of billionaires and millionaires in jail for white collar crime... Consequently, these securities fraud people have already done 60% percent of their time incarcerant... Make sure you know what you are doing with me... Even the hospitals and the city managers desks do not matter... Just because they sign the torture list with me and Nasa does not mean that you won't be isolated or broght to justice for securities fraud.... Mr. Edward D. Drew III/Universal Boss!!! lord2@india.com Elizabeth Jacobs Named Deputy Director Of SEC's Office Of International Affairs FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2003-166 Washington, D.C., Nov. 26, 2003 - The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Jacobs as Deputy Director of the Commission's Office of International Affairs. Ms. Jacobs joined the SEC in 1984 as an attorney in the Division of Market Regulation's Office of Trading Practices. She became a senior counsel to the Office of International Affairs in 1989 and was promoted to Assistant Director in 1994. During her tenure, she has been responsible for negotiating many of the Commission's bilateral information-sharing agreements with foreign securities regulators and has represented the SEC in a number of international forums. As part of the OIA's interest in improving coordination among the SEC's Divisions and Offices and in enhancing the efficiency of its operations, Ms. Jacobs will be charged with managing the Office of International Affairs' day-to-day operations. These operations include advising SEC commissioners and staff on regulatory policy initiatives that have international aspects, assisting the SEC's Enforcement Division with obtaining information and evidence related to securities law violations from abroad, and providing technical assistance to countries with developing securities markets. Ethiopis Tafara, Director of the Office of International Affairs, stated, "Elizabeth brings with her extensive management experience and unique international expertise that will prove invaluable as she takes on the task of managing OIA's operations. She is well-known and highly respected among SEC staff in all of the Divisions and Offices, and we are very fortunate that she has agreed to take on this new role." Ms. Jacobs received her undergraduate degree from Emory University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and her law degree, with honors, from the George Washington University National Law Center.

How much is it costing the Provincial Gov. to pay for St.Johns policing. Is it the only city across Canada that can't pay for its own Police. Last time we checked, the answer is yes. What is this all about???

April 20, 2013, 5:49 p.m. GMT

Does other Provincial Goverments pay for city policing? The answer of course is NO. Why does NL have to be different? Can't St.Johns make it on it's own as does other citys across the country.

Hi Sharon: I live in Mount Pearl. Power is off and on. Its hard to see how much snow has accumulated because it's still blowing around. Plenty of snow drifts. I have not heard of any catastrophic problems due to the weather.

If the MIcMaw indians want their so called "rights" to fish or hunt whenever they want etc because of their ancestors, fine, give them that right BUT don't forget to tell them to use bow and arrows only or use a cannoe forbid them to use modern thiings like skidoos etc and THEN AND ONLY THEN can t see more... hey use their ancestors' right!! I'm tired of paying for everything to people who most of them by the way don't have the foggiest ideas of what a MicMaw is!. These people want everything : free schooling, free of paying taxes etc but they also want all of the benefits that we the taxpayers have. Enough is enough! You want indian status, then live like one if not then stop whinning and pay like everyone else!

Can someone please tell me, is it possible for newfoundlanders and labradorians to demandl a provincial election before the current government time is up? It is my opinion, that if we, as low to mid income citizens and seniors, don't get rid of this government, we will all starve. It is bloody red see more... iculous.. Just to make a name for themselves. The politicians pockets are lined with our tax dollars and they don't care how much gas, electricity, food and other commodities go up. Scarey!
