http://1440wgig.net/brunswick-radio/ Stream is available at above. One reason why many stations do not yet stream is the cost of performance rights ... hefty. Some networks will not allow it, regardless.

You might be thinking about the music that played for the opening of "Around the town news" that was broadcast before that news segment commenced. I think Tait's Cadillac was one of their sponsers. I remember listening to it in the mid 1960's.

I was stationed in Brunswick in 1961. I think about noon there was some opening music to the news or something. I don't know what the music was but it had a very neat beat. I sure would like to hear it again or know what it was. Does anyone know? dan@thermalbinding.us

WHILE THE hOST and some of the people who call every day without fail are very opiniated about their own preferences, this is a very informative radio show and I enjoy listening to it every day. Mr. Nonles is very comfortable doing the show. Unless he mentions it for some reason, you would never know he is visually handicapped. I admire him very much for being an example to others as to just what you can accomplish despite your handicap.
