I tried to reach you this morning for 15 mins. for the "Cast in Crown" Christmas CD and was unsuccessful at 800.968.8930 for 15 plus mins. (7:15-7:30 am ). After a long time ringing a recording said "we're sorry your call cannot be completed at this time". I just tried again with 616.772.7300 and see more... was unsuccessful as well (kept ringing with an eventual fast busy tone). I wanted you to be aware that you may be having phone problems which you probably already know at this time 10:10 am. I wanted you to be aware. Thank you.

About your question with the first nurse... the last couple of times my father in law was in the hospital, they ask you for the "PIN" number that they gave you when you registered and they determined you are someone legally able to discuss the patient. The 2nd nurse probably "assumed" she asked for see more... that number. Just my thought
