Guest No... this is a big corporation flexing their muscles. If you own the syndication company, you can put the program wherever you want to... including one of your own stations. It doesn't make sense business-wise, but Clear Channel can do whatever they want in this case.

The local Clear Channel stations decided they wanted to move Rush and Sean from a 50,000 watt station that has aired Rush for the past 22 years to...
