Yall remember back when Tom Russo (dead) posted a sign on his buildings to be demolished, Hi Joey, I'm sure it was in referance to troubles with no other ,Mr Weakland..Olivo's on 1st street, he walked away from this bussiness cause city saftey concerns in a kitchen made of concrete block catching fire. The city is in my veiw a corrupt organization in need of the RICO act.
