shmuFM broadcasts a variety of issue-based, music and community programming on 99.8FM. shmuFM offers training and support to volunteers so they produce and present their own radio shows. shmuDESIGN supports our communities to produce their own magazines to reflect the issues and concerns of their area and also to celebrate and share good news stories. To see the latest editions of our magazines visit our print page .
shmu ONLINE has creating a Wi-Fi enabled infrastructure that serves the neighbourhood of Middlefield and provides community members with a fast and free wireless Internet connection wherever they are in the community. We are also building a Community Portal which all users will be directed through that will offer access to information, services and advice. shmuTRAIN is a 10 year, £2.4million initiative, which will support 14-19yr olds who are in, or likely to fall into, the MCMC category in the city into a positive destination. The initiative delvers to programmes of work; Early Interventions (14-16yrs), and Positive Transitions (16-19yrs).
