Timothy Goller

Father Fights State of Ohio for Custody of Son(s) Hi My name is Timothy A. Goller I am the father of a great little boy(s) that has the right to the world. So about 1 year and 7 months ago, my wife asked for a divorce from me. But that is not what this is about… I am a father that has eve see more... rything going for him. I have an income, a big house, working cars, and a high education level. My house is cleaned on a daily, clothes are always washed often. More food in my home then one family really needs to eat well, and I have a dog but he is house broken. Now I want to court to try and get custody of my son, so I would have a peace of mind that my son will get the best schooling. So after everything was said and done I was screwed out of that and his schooling and custody was given to my ex wife. Now she has limited funds, her house she lives in that isn’t her own. All the cars she has are always broke down, and she never graduation nor is she trying to get a GED. So all I asked was that I get to have shared custody but I control his schooling, just cause I know what it takes to walk across that stage. What I fear is that when he reaches her education level and then passes her. How will she help him then if she doesn’t know the work, because of lack of education. It really worries me that this will happen around the 9th grade. Now I know from experience that grades 9-12 are a young adults hardest years. I am willing to seat down with whatever news channel calls me first for a interview, to talk about how the state of Ohio is against fathers no matter how well they are doing. And will place a child in the mothers care regardless of how bad her living conditions are, just so the father has to jump through hoops to still be screwed in the end. I am welling to tell my whole story from start to now about how I have been told if I do this I will get my son, and then the courts turn around and make up a new rule or stipulation that fathers must meet. So if your news channel is interested in my hard story of how I have been fighting the state of Ohio to get my son(s). please give me a call at (330) 442-1933. I hope someone out there will hear my cries and help me get my son(s) in a environment that is healthy for him/them.

Watching tonight's news at 11p, I find partiality still exist in the media. The news stream about the Legacy company hiring, and an African American female gave that news report, yet her name was never mentioned nor appeared on the screen. Then there was a news stream about a Bob Evans employee reco see more... gnized for saying the Pledge of Alleigence, who non African American, however name was verbalized as well as published on the screen. Several years ago, I wrote a letter about this same topic. When will this change?

Good morning! while I was getting ready for work, I heard the morning anchor say that strong winds damaged homes in an up scale neighborhood. What difference does it make what type of neighborhood was damaged? A home is a home, and now someone is displaced.

Hunter is a 7 year old boy from Columbiana, Ohio who was diagnosed with refractory progressing epilepsy at 2 ½ years old. Hunter has been on many medications, been through many tests and procedures, and has had surgery. Currently, his seizures continue to get worse and doctors call him a “puzzle.” Hunter is at the point that there are no other medical options. Due to the type of seizures and the frequency, Hunter is at a higher risk of dying in his sleep and will continue to cognitively decline. Hunter may get to the point where he is unable to walk, talk, and recognize a dog barking or a door bell ringing. The seizures also cause him to have increased behavior problems. Over this past month, God has opened doors for Hunter. There is a strain of medical marijuana (MM) called Charlotte’s Web, where the psychoactive effects are taken out and just the oil remains, which can be ingested with food. A company called The Realm of Caring in Colorado Springs is the only company that has been able to produce this strain. After doing research, Hunter’s parents found that the MM is only available to minors in Colorado
