It is owned by Caballero Television, which had been using it to broadcast its own programming, called MasMusica TeVe. On September 25, 2006, the station switched to the MTV Tr3́s. The station has gone through several changes since it started broadcasting as a relay transmitter K21EB and K23EY in 1998, changing to relay transmitter K47GH and KMMW-LP in 2000, until its latest call sign change in 2009.
