On 28.4, there is Enlace USA, consisting of Spanish-language religious programming. On 28.5 is Smile of a Child TV with children's programming. The station began broadcasting on channel 24 in 1989 as Portland's first full-power, full-service religious broadcast station. Along with its TBN programming, it also produces and airs local programming, both religious and public affairs.
