WMAQ is a full service television station in Chicago, Illinois, broadcasting on local digital UHF channel 29 and on virtual channel 5. Founded in 1948, as WNBQ, it is owned by NBCUniversal. WMAQ is affiliated with NBC (National Broadcasting Company), airing NBC's primetime shows in the evening. In the morning, ...
