It is an affiliate of Azteca América, which is marketed toward Spanish-speaking families residing in the United States, using the programming from Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca. KPSW has its own local newscast, Noticiero Azteca Phoenix. Previously known as KPSW, it was affiliated with ACN shopping network and Home Shopping Español until its sale to Una Vez Mas in 2004. KFDF's channel is multiplexed with four subchannels, with the main Azteca America programmin on 41.1; LATV, with Latino-themed programming aimed at young adults aged 18 to 34, and 41.2 and 41.4 show a test pattern.
