It is owned by Luken Communications, LLC. RetroTV went on the air in July 2005 in Little Rock, Arkansas. RTV programming is a round-the-clock schedule of shows dating from the 1950s along with rarely seen older programming and more recently-produced programming, such as "Cold Squad," "Da Vinci's Inquest" as well as reality and documentary programming, including reruns of "Cold Case Files." RTV also features a Saturday morning block of vintage cartoon programming. Along with WIVD and WIVN, it is a simulcast of WIVM, with all the stations sharing the same programming. Prior to joining RTV in May 2009, they aired America One programming. All three stations are locally-owned and operated. Every morning, the stations carry a television simulcast of the morning drive radio show of Canton station WHBC-AM 1480.
