What is the problem with 9.2 and 9.3 ? It seems every 36 to 48 hours 9.3's picture freezes and 9.2 has sound issues, i.e., sounds blubbery and is reminiscent of the sounds produced by a film projector that has lost its loop.

Great stations but please not the same shows night after night, week after week. Awfully hard to be a fan! And Erie needs you.
