WTOL is a full service television station in Toledo, Ohio, broadcasting on local digital VHF channel 11. Founded in 1958, it is owned by Raycom Media, Inc.. WTOL is affiliated with CBS, airing CBS's primetime shows in the evening. In the morning, the station airs CBS's morning news and information ... See more program, with spots for local news and weather; in the afternoon, it airs CBS's soap operas; in the early evening, it shows CBS's national news broadcast and local newscasts. After primetime, it airs its own local newscasts, followed by CBS's late-night programming. WTOL also airs local sports broadcasts. WTOL's channel is multiplexed, with two subchannels. Channel 11.1 airs WTOL and CBS programs, and 11.2 broadcasts Me-TV, with classic television sitcoms, dramas and classic commercials from the 1950s through the 1980s. The station was previously affiliated with NBC as a secondary channel from 1958 until 1969. WTOL was the primary station for "The Oprah Winfrey Show," having debuted on the station in 1986 and stayed on the channel until it ended in 2011.

Guest For three days now their station hasn't come in again! This started when they went digital. I emailed them but they did nothing including answer! I guess its worthless management! All the other Toledo0 stations come in!

Guest There was something on the news about the baby dying of natural causes. But first they had to drag the parents good name through the mud and make them look like child killers. Sad Sad situation. I think they had enough to deal with without that bull.

Guest ON TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY THERE WERE STORIES ON TV NEWS CHANNELS ABOUT A 3 MONTH OLD BABY DIEING & MAKING IT SOUND LIKE THE PARENTS WERE AT FAULT. SINCE THEN THE AUTOPSY FOUND THE RESULTS AS A NATURAL DEATH. NOW, WHY HASN'T THERE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ON THE NEWS?
