We wholeheartedly desire to provide south-central Iowa with the very best Christian radio possible. Our Beliefs We would like to share the vision of 99.9 FM on this page, and give you some information about the station. 1.The Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God. 2.There is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 3.The Lord Jesus Christ is the son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His all sufficient substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of man through His atoning death and shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and His imminent personal return in power and glory to establish His kingdom. 4.The Holy Spirit is active today in the lives of Christians, filling them and empowering them to live godly lives. He convicts the world of sin and performs the miracle of the new birth in those receiving Christ as Savior, sealing them until the day of redemption. Our Vision KCWN signed on the air in October, 1995, with 25,000 watts of power, declaring that Jesus Christ is Lord. Our mission and purpose remains the same today, to declare His Lordship over every area of life. Our Prayer is that KCWN can be an intricate part of your daily walk with the Lord. We believe in the positive influence Christian radio can have, with music and programming that can bring the word of peace, comfort, encouragement, or conviction at just the right time. We desire to be a part of your life and community. You will find our staff always ready to respond to your needs. We set aside time on Thursday mornings for prayer time to address the many needs of our listeners. Our Community Calendar is a free service that keeps our listeners aware of events in your church or organization. We have also been privileged to sponsor concerts by River, Go Fish, and The Martins.
