From the first broadcast on WMNN-AM 1330 (the Minnesota News Network), in November 2003, through the launch of the Al Franken Show in April 2004 and the purchase of its own station KTNF in October 2004, the station has sought out the best programming from a variety of news sources including CNN (news), NBC (Meet the Press) and Jones Radio Network as well as other independent networks.
