I would greatly appreciate your help in broadcasting this injustice and most serious matter. The City of Portage la Prairie claim it’s not their needle dam. Please see attached report, particularly Appendix 1 – 3. My Mother has only days to live due to cancer and I need to resolve this matter so my see more... father can grief and not have to deal with their acreage being deemed unsaleable (appendix 5) leaving him in financial peril as his life savings is in the equity of their home/acreage - unless the dam is removed.
