5 out 5 around the Semaphore area! I Heard some old rock 'n' roll and that is certainly number 1 in my book.

if i did not need to drive around half the city to try pick it up on the fm band, i would give wow 5 stars. i know it is not meant to be all over adelaide but it could be stronger. technology helps with the internet but i cant take it everywhere. i do like alot of the programs.

Has anybody listened to Wow FM lately? I have. It is a pretty enjoyable sound overall. It is only let down by its lack of funding in the past, inconsistant internet access & restricted local signal on 100.5FM out in Adelaide's west. Not bad though for a station that started as a hobby with vhs tapes used for 3 hour audio reels back in 1999 around Port/Semaphore. A much improved Community radio sation in 2012. Regards, Peter Gisborne

For almost a decade this station has struggled with money & keeping itself on the air But you really could not tell it has been through such hardship in the early years when you hear some of the talent doing it for free & for the love of it. 100.5FM has always been easy to pick up in my car all over Adelaide since around 2006 & I mainly like it when you rock it up a bit. It struggles inside as I'm down south so I try get it online. Wish more suburbs had stations like WOW FM.

Hey WOW FM, Your kinda cool these days. I used to listen back in 2003 when you had a few more punk shows! A mate of mine got me back into you lately. Thanks to the internet as I don't live in Semaphore anymore. Take care with her, She is rare station. Steph

I love the fact that WOW! Radio is broadcast by the people, for the people. So many unique shows with lots of local music in the evenings aswell. The Western Suburbs of Adelaide should feel very lucky to have this radio station. Not your normal format.
