Seek to develop, assist and strengthen new or existing Christian ministries in the MICB service area. Continually develop the staff, ministry direction and corporate decisions through a persevering devotion to prayer, unity of purpose, commitment to excellence, a recognition of the unique role, gifts and worth of every individual and the foundational principle that "Jesus is Lord."
