"The idea behind this system is to create an incident notification network that is FREE, and works with volunteers to provide accurate and timely incident notification to its subscribers. In creating IA we went a new route with adding the ability to add Online Feed links so users of the system can click on the alert on a mapping system and view the surrounding area and listen to the police action live.
