I just found this radio station by chance and really love all the chats and music. Originally from Caramore/Westport Co Mayo and been away from Ireland since 1952 Ireland and Mayo have come a long way since then. By the way The year my family left mayo we won the All Ireland that year. I was there in Croake Park as a kid for the game. I am still waiting for Mayo to win it again.I even went back last year 2016 to watch the game hoping this was the year, but to no avail again. We will win it eventually, but please win it before the Good Lord takes me. Thank you Midwest Radio for keeping me close to my place of birth. Kevin McGreal Caramore/Westport.Co Mayo. I DO LIKE MIDWEST, I LISTEN TO THE OLD STATION WITH TWO LADY PRESENTERS THEY PUT ON A GOOD SHOW, THEN YOU CHANGED IT TO ALL MUSIC SHOW WHERE NO ONE SPOKE, DID NOT LIKE IT , SO I WENT TO AN OTHER IRISH STATION WITH IRISH MUSIC. I DECIDED TO CHECK IF YOU CHANGED THE SHOW , AND THERE YOU WERE WITH A GOOD SHOW AGAIN. PITY THE LADIES ARE NOT ON. AH WELL STILL A GOOD SHOW. KEEP IT UP. P.S. Midwest Irish Radio is the best, I have it playing all day and night. Thank you for having it. My dream is to go to Ireland and meet some family some day. This station makes me feel close to you all.
