However, the broadcast does contain a variety of musical styles in ratios optimized for many hours of continuous listening. There are many rare remixes and tracks from relatively obscure artists, as well as alternative rock and relatively interesting pop hits. Much variety and quality! Yummy. A large percentage of the music on PKPN was donated directly for promotional purposes by record labels and artists, from unknown startups to pseudo-independents like Mute and Astralwerks, to majors like Geffen & MCA.
