WMRA/WEMC Financial Reports
WMRA/WEMC is audited annually by an outside CPA firm. The "Statements of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Net Assets" for recent years are posted here. Beginning in FY 06, audits were performed by PBGH, LLP. The FY 04 and FY 05 audits were performed by Ralph Kiser, CPA.

Complete copies of the audited financial statements, audit reports and financial reports submitted to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting are available upon request. Contact General Manager Tom DuVal by email or phone. Copies will be emailed upon request and may also be viewed at the station during normal business hours. Printed copies will carry a nominal charge of 15 cents per page. Copies made to a compact disc, flash drive or other recording medium will carry a nominal processing charge of $5. The requester must provide the flash drive.

The WMRA network is a system of transmitters covering much of the Shenandoah Valley and The Central Piedmont of Virginia. Because of the rugged terrain, some areas are not served as well as others.
