is owned by Oklahoma Educational Television Authority and branded as OETA. KOET is a member station of PBS (Public Broadcasting Service). In addition to its national PBS programs, KOET airs locally produced programs about public affairs, expert advise, conservation, tourism and business. KOET's channel is multiplexed, with two subchannels. Channel 3.1 airs OETA and PBS programming; 3.2 shows OETA OKLA, a selection of PBS and OETA programming and encore showings of OETA and PBS programs. Other OETA channels are available on cable, and OETA plans on adding these channels to the over-the-air signals. OETA Kids, with PBS programs, is shown from local time 5:00 am until midnight, and from midnight to 5:00 am, the channel shows travell and adventure programs. OETA Create carries how-to programs and information.
