I love the station and mostly because my 91 year old father loves it! The only problem is that with the streaming which works well, the reception for radio does not work. The problem is that you are actually disadvantaging a whole generation of Italian Canadians who supported CHIN at its very inception and now, without the help of their younger tech savvy children, they cannot navigate this world of streaming. What is so sad, is that I often find him listening to CHIN on the radio with all the static...not sure how you could address this, but I beseech you to really do so for this group of loyal listeners. The show is always great but do consider the radio piece also for those who listen while they drive:)

My parents always listened to their radio every day. It was much easier than waiting for the grandkids to come over and listen to their cell phones play their favourite italian songs. Too bad.

Since streaming came into effect (Summer 2024), the reception has been really terrible on 1540 AM, (the FM station was great) It's not clear and it gets cut constantly especially driving in TO. I end up changing stations and cannot enjoy listening on my drive to and from work.

Chin is a great station and have been listening for a long time but when the streaming came into effect last year (Summer 2024 I think), the reception has been terrible especially in the car. You cannot hear anything! It's really annoying and I end up changing stations. It's really a shame driving in TO on my drive to and from work and not being able to hear anything. Terrible.
