See more and it is under administration of the Center of Rehabilitation and Training for the Blind, CERECCI April 15, Center in which the blind people of the department of Tarija, are rehabilitated, and trained laborly, in radio locution; so that later they can develop in our means of communication or in any other similar one. Through a pleasant, varied and dynamic programming; we reach those who work in offices, commerce, transportation and homes; seeking to inform, educate and raise awareness; the blind person, parents, teachers and society in general regarding the issue of blindness.
