In addition to its national PBS programs, KOED airs locally produced programs about public affairs, expert advise, conservation, tourism and business. KOED's channel is multiplexed, with subchannels. Channel 11.1 airs OETA and PBS programming; 11.2 shows OETA OKLA, a selection of PBS and OETA programming and encore showings of OETA and PBS programs. Other OETA channels are available on cable, and OETA plans on adding these channels to the over-the-air signals. OETA Kids, with PBS programs, is shown from local time 5:00 am until midnight, and from midnight to 5:00 am, the channel shows travell and adventure programs.
