In addition to the PBS national programming, KLNE-TV airs community public affairs shows, Nebraska history and culture programs and educational programs. KLNE-TV's channel is multiplexed, with 3.1 airing airing the NET and national PBS programming, 3.2 with NET2 PBS World, with news and information and 3.3 airing NET 3 Create, with do-it-yourself shows and information.
