It is an affiliate of the Retro Television Network (RTV) is a system of television stations that airs classic television shows as well as more recently produced programs. It is owned by Luken Communications, LLC. RetroTV went on the air in July 2005 in Little Rock, Arkansas. RTV programming is a round-the-clock schedule of shows dating from the 1950s along with rarely seen older programming and more recently-produced programming, such as "Cold Squad," "Da Vinci's Inquest" as well as reality and documentary programming, including reruns of "Cold Case Files." RTV also features a Saturday morning block of vintage cartoon programming. In addtion to RTV's programming, KTEW broadcasts state produced programs such as "Discover Oklahoma" and "Outdoor Oklahoma." Its sports programming includes Oklahoma college men's and women's sports. For its educational programming, KTEW produces and airs "KIDchen Cooking," teaching children about cooking and science experiments.
