WIVM is an affiliate of the Retro Television Network (RTV), a system of television stations that air classic television shows as well as more recently produced programs. RTV programming is a round-the-clock schedule of shows dating from the 1950s along with rarely seen older programming and more recently-produced programming, such as "Cold Squad," "Da Vinci's Inquest" as well as reality and documentary programming, including reruns of "Cold Case Files." RTV also features a Saturday morning block of vintage cartoon programming. In addition to RTV's programs, WIVM produces and airs local programming, including a simulcast of the Morning Drive radio program from Canton's WHBC AM 1480, horror movies with a local host, art teaching programs and a weekday morning show, as well as local news and public affairs information. WIVM's channel is multiplexed, with four subchannels. WIVM local programming and RTV is on 39.1; 39.2 airs TUFF TV, with sports and information programs appealing to men; 39.3 airs BBJ, , and on 39.4 is Faith Ministeries Radio.
