WRZK then WOPI in 1997, it owned by Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation. It is an affiliate of the Retro Television Network (RTV), a system of television stations that air classic television shows as well as more recently produced programs. RTV programming is a round-the-clock schedule of shows dating from the 1950s along with rarely seen older programming and more recently-produced programming, such as "Cold Squad," "Da Vinci's Inquest" as well as reality and documentary programming, including reruns of "Cold Case Files." RTV also features a Saturday morning block of vintage cartoon programming. Originally an affiliate of the Pentagon Channel, WOPI changed affiliation to America One then to RTN in 2007. WOPI also carries some programming from its sister station WKPT, which carries WOPI as a subchannel.
